Geoff Mcfetridge

Tuesday, March 31st, 2009

When we saw the Where The Wild Things Are trailer we immediately wondered what font was used for the poster and during the trailer. Well, finally when visiting Club Mumble we found out. And we could have known. They are hand drawn by Geoff Mcfetridge. The guy which is also featured in Beautiful Losers. He has his own agency and is responsible for lots of work. It shows simplicity in a peculiar way. He also did lots of t-shirts for 2K Tshirts. Whoever brings messages this simple must be a truly gifted person.

Deckstools

Monday, March 16th, 2009

Snapping wood from landing a nice trick. So what to do? Let mother nature have it or to put it in a dumpster? No man, send your decks to the guys from Deckstools because they make stools out of ‘em. Yeah, pretty crazy. The stools are made of recycled broken skateboard decks, cast aluminum, skateboard truck – silver finish and zinc-plated steel hardware. Go pay these guys a visit and send your collected broken decks and drop 200 dollar and they’ll send you your own custom new stool. Très cool!

Snowboarding photography

Sunday, March 1st, 2009

So we have one of the best sporting activities in life, snowboarding. We feel free ripping those white mountains. Jumping several feet and surfing fresh miles of powder. We want to capture these good times. During our stay in Davos, Switzerland, we got our hands on a copy of the photography issue of Pleasure Snowboard Magazin. It has some awesome photos of well known boarders. Here are our some picks and there’s more after the click.

Dripbook

Tuesday, February 24th, 2009

We promote all art forms over at AFTG HQ and especially value photography. Dripbook is a portfolio site where artists put their work online. We must say, it’s quite impressing. Dripbook’s stylish, award winning design could highlight your work. Your visuals are the focus, not a bunch of distracting clutter. Impress clients and collaborators alike with clean, professional presentations.

Oo, did we told you about a possible AFTG photo club? You know, where people add their sexy looking photo’s to earn some recognition and even earn some money? Sssst for now… We’re just thinking things over at the moment. Yee-ha!
